Meet Our Leadership Team
Heather Williams
Heather is a native Colorado girl, that prefers the perfect Colorado summers over the winters. She is blessed to be the mom to 2 teenage daughters, and Auntie to 2 young nieces.
Heather is passionate about human connection and the importance of learning to love our imperfectly perfect, whole selves (body/mind/spirit).
She is a social/conceptual people leader for an amazing Colorado company that likes to help develop the whole person, not just the ‘employee’. She believes that life happens for us, not to us, and we should trust inner voice that already knows the answer to all our questions.
Heather can be found spending most of her free time going to concerts and enjoying life with her partner Zac, traveling and creating life experiences with her daughters, paddle-boarding, doing yoga, puppy sitting for her friends, volunteering, and hanging out with family and friends. She loves to laugh and be playful and also craves deep connection and communication with her people.
Amy Norris
Amy moved from the east coast in her early twenties to attend the Institute of Art in Denver. Little did she know how much she would love the area. She has been married to her husband for almost 20 years and together they are raising two bold and courageous teenagers in Loveland, CO.
She works for a warmhearted non-profit and has been teaching yoga for over 10 years. Amy recently returned to her passion of writing, which fills her soul and gives her a voice to share her story through an authentic and raw heart.
She hopes to inspire and enrich your life in this incredible community of women and remind you that you are so loved, always enough and oh so worthy in every way!
Melissa Coleman
Melissa misses the big city of Chicago but loves the mountains more. Twenty years ago, she packed up her life and drove across the U.S. in a two-door Chevy Cavalier. Not knowing a soul, along with her daughter, Melissa moved to Colorado and found her native Coloradoan husband. Her family wasn’t complete until she had her two sons.
Melissa is neurodivergent, which lets her see her world from a different lens, giving her an edge that helps her homeschool and connect with her middle son, also neurodivergent.
Melissa loves to explore, write, create and is an animal lover but a dog lover at heart. Melissa loves to connect on an intimate level, share authentic stories, and be surrounded by people who aren’t afraid to be vulnerable.
We are very glad you’re here!
