We are all striving to live our best life. Follow our dreams, achieve our goals, and be where we truly want to be. The reality is that for most of us, life has thrown us some curve balls. It has handed us experiences that can become barriers to our thinking and way of being. So we can get to a place where we keep hitting a wall in certain areas. Needing to do the work necessary to move forward.

As our keynote speaker, Kirsten Helgeson says, If you want to make a difference in the world and help people, it starts with you first.

I believe that we are all wired to move toward growth. That innately we want to move forward in our lives. We want to learn new things and have experiences that expand our perspective.

So why aren’t we doing it more? Why do we get stuck and stay in the same place? Or… even move backward?

I think the top 3 reasons are:
1. Fear
2. Being comfortable with comfortable
3. Not prioritizing yourself

Do you happen to see yourself in any of these? More than one?

Most of us probably do.

One of my greatest joys in life is to help people grow. To stand beside you in the darkest of places and on the mountain tops. To help you overcome. Know your strength. And become free of your self induced prisons and step fully into your greatness.

How freaking amazing is that?!

Do you know you need to grow? Have some healing to do? Some mindset barriers to smash?

Are you doing it? Are you actually positioning yourself to do the work? Are you being intentional about your growth?

It’s my mission to provide many opportunities for people to grow and live their very best life.

That’s why we’ve created the UNBREAKABLE: Finding Strength in Imperfections event!!

We are having awesome speakers, a self exploration adventure, and a personal growth art experience that will knock your socks off! You get to take home your OWN piece of Kintsugi art. Created and mended by you.

We can plan it and put it out there, but our responsibility stops there. We can know you need to come, but we can’t drag you, force you, or beg you.

This is when it turns to you. Will you make the decision to grow? To put yourself out there even though you’re scared, you don’t think you have enough time, or have never prioritized yourself before.

There is something within you tugging. That’s your soul asking you to grow. To learn. To become all it knows you can be.

Growth conferences and Events are an AWESOME environment to experience serious growth! Not only do you get to learn and gain new perspective, you are connecting with high energy people who are also growth focused. You are focused only on yourself for a day and a half (how often does that happen in real life?). You’re being poured into and lit up. It’s up to you to position yourself to experience it.

We want to see you there! To see you soak in every ounce of what we are preparing for you.

Don’t delay! Dive in and make the commitment to you. I know for sure you won’t regret it!

We Can’t wait to spend this intentional time with you!

What will you get out of it? Good Question! Here are our top answers...

Kintsugi Art made by YOU!

Our Hands-On Project will be led by Kirsten Helgeson, Founder and CEO of Just A Girl.  She will be conducting a Kintsugi Workshop. Each participant will walk away with their OWN Kintsugi as well as a greater sense of honesty, connection, and compassion for their personal experiences.  All materials are provided.  By definition, Kintsugi is the Japanese art of repairing broken pottery with gold lacquer.  In philosophy, it’s a celebration of imperfections.  With loving kindness we mend the broken pot, giving special care to it’s cracks.  For it’s these cracks that make each Kintsugi unique.  Our experiences wear us down, shatter us. While we may want to hide these flaws and ignore our cracks, Kintsugi teaches us that each crack is an honest reminder of our history.  Of battles won and lost.  Of people loved. Of our successes and failures. And of the quiet faith we must have in ourselves. Come celebrate our experiences through this unique and heartfelt workshop. You are beautiful – it’s time to celebrate it!
