Staying in High Vibration: How to Have a Great Day and A Wonderful Week

great day

Let’s take a trip into how to have a great day and a wonderful week. Life can be unpredictable. Sometimes, you wake up not feeling good, it’s a struggle to get out of bed. Then the cat urinates on your jacket, without you knowing; as you leave the house wearing it. Your phone dies right as the uber is on the way. That time of the month starts, at the wrong time. The job you loved is downsized.

Even with all those unexpected turns of events and situations, there’s an opportunity to be happy and to continue to smile while staying in high vibrations.  Below are my top four steps that have helped me.

The Start of Having a Great Day

Firstly, before leaving your bed. Here’s the 1st affirmation of the day. Say aloud (I like to sing it) “It’s going to be a great day and I’m expecting miracles.” Honestly, any adjective can be put in front of the word day. This affirmation sets the tone, for how you would like the day to go. If you have a morning meditation routine, add this affirmation.

Secondly, in some part of your day try to add a nice walk and enjoy the sun. It has been proven, that a brisk walk and enjoying sunlight can boost your mood as well as help reduce anxiety and depression. Along with some other incredible health benefits. In addition, what’s also wonderful is there’s no surprise price tag to hanging in the sun and going for a walk.

Thirdly, be silly; laugh at yourself and make faces in the mirror. If all else fails turn on your favorite song and dance in front of the mirror without a care in the world. Try that move you saw in that music video, you know the one. I’m sure you will laugh. Laughter is the best medicine, it will instantly boost your mood.

Lastly, practicing gratitude. Being grateful for the simplest of things; our five senses. Being able to see, speak, smell, taste, touch, and move. With the ability, to use our brain to cultivate and comprehend information. Gratitude can put things in perspective, helping to see the bigger picture. As human, sovereign beings we have the opportunity to decide what emotion we want to vibrate in. And have many great days.

As the day ends and the week continues remember…

Life is full of surprises, however, we can only control how you decide to respond. Even if unfavorable circumstances have occurred, staying and waddling in negative emotion or mood will attract more of just that. I know it’s easier said than done. However, if we want to experience something new in our life, we have to do something we have never done.

I hope everyone that is reading this is having a really good day. And if you are not, just know that in every new minute that passes you have an opportunity to change that.”
